Dr Keval Shah
Dr Shah is a visionary who recognized the merit of specialist-oriented treatment in dentistry, several years ago. He envisioned that a dentist performing procedures and surgeries of a single skill would become better than others and would thereby reduce the chances of error. Dr Shah started this practise of specialist-only in his private clinic in Ahmedabad as early as 2000. As expected, and with remarkable consistence, the failure rate at his clinic was lower than anywhere else in the world. Buoyed by the success of this new concept, he envisaged the setting up of a chain of clinics, which has today blossomed into FineFeather Dental Clinics. Dr Keval is, accordingly, one of the Founders of FineFeather Dental Clinics.

In his previous role, Manish was a Material Scientist working in Techno-Commercial and product development. Manish has worked with General Electric, Bangalore and Brewer Science, Missouri, USA . In his free time, Manish loves to crunch numbers and play with financial models. Manish has vision of creating world-class health infrastructure in India.

In his previous Avatar, Manish was a Technology execute, who has worked at various companies such as Charles Schwab - A fortune 500 company, ProactiveNet(Now a part of BMC) - a silicon valley start-up,Tibco - a silicon valley start-up and Visa International primarily located in San Francisco Bay Area, USA. Manish loves playing Badminton, Swimming and reading. Manish is driven by urge to create a new business that touches life of millions of people.
Team of Specialists
The 10000-hours-rule is a key when we select the team of specialist. The 10000 hour rule stipulates that that it takes approximately 10000 hours of deliberate practice of single speciality to master a that speciality.
